**Job Outline**:
The role is to provide high quality and comprehensive secretarial support, organisational and assistance to the VP of Marketing, Asset & Supplier Development. This role encapsulates diary management, presentations, event management and live webinars. Initially this is a maternity cover with the opportunity for further progression.

**What the role involves**:

- Ensuring all aspects of diary management and day to day activities are managed on behalf of the VP
- Prepare and collate necessary reports and produce presentations
- Ensure the accuracy of information relating to the personnel structure of the EMEA organisation such as organisational charts
- Arranging and managing onsite and offsite customer/supplier/internal meetings
- General administrative tasks such as: expenses, hospitality bookings, travel arrangements, managing meetings across different time zones etc.
- Regular Participation in Director level meetings

- Produce high level of accuracy of work and presentations
- Have advanced knowledge on all major Microsoft packages
- Be able to work in the local office to suit business needs (a minimum of 3 days per week)
- Be able to occasionally travel in EMEA when the business requires (tradeshows, training events)
- Have administrative experience within a fast-paced environment
