What you’ll do:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary UX and/or product teams (visual, UI/UX, UX research, engineering, content strategy)
Create simplified and animated product screens for marketing for the web.
Create animated illustrations
Work with design system team to define motion system using CSS3 animation capability
Conceptual work on new innovative website/app design
Work with Sage Brand
Create video prototypes of complex UI components and patterns for testing
Come up with conceptualization and create storyboard
Work with other designers, developers & content authors, deliver assets on request, provide detailed spec and participate in visual QA
Build strong, cross-departmental relationships and champion the value of design
Share knowledge and cascade learning to others

**Key Responsibilities
**To lead visual and motion design multivariate testing and go live deliverables for customer hub, In-Life and sage for accountants. Lead motion design strategy and execution for our sage design system.

What you’ll need to have:
5+ years of professional experience
Working knowledge of UX
Good knowledge of CSS3 animation
Fluent in After Effects, Premiere Pro and 2D/3D animation programs
Lead creative process from conceptualization to storyboard and editing
Strong creative skills
Align with brand and design language systems
Proactive and collaborative attitude
Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines

And preferred to have:
Experience creating motion system for a design system
Experience working on a CMS platform
Experience in prototyping tools
