This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across everything customer service whilst also supporting the rest of the team with key administrative and organisational tasks. You'll be at the heart of a growing business, helping shape our customer experience. Full training provided.

Our office is based on a farm location, KT16 0AD (ideally you do need to be a car driver to get to the office in Lyne, Chertsey) with a brand new gym on site that you will be able to have access to. A very relaxed and fun environment with plenty of social events.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Provide clear, friendly advice & support on customer policies.
- Solve problems quickly and efficiently - making every customer feel valued.
- Work closely with different teams to ensure customers have an amazing experience.
- Dealing with complex customer enquiries that involves investigation and attention to detail
- Various admin support keeping customers details up to date on the system

**Requirements**:

- Previous Motor Insurance Experience - Ideal
- Customer Service Experience - Required

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
