**Role: Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid - Temp to perm**
**Location**: Chertsey
Hourly: £12.00 + holiday accrual + breakfast and lunch provided + Office Angels benefits
Hours: 9am - 5pm / 8am - 4pm
We are working with an international service business located in Chertsey. They are looking for additional support within their Customer Service team. They are super busy and looking for someone who has a passion for customer service and enjoys building andmaintaining relationships. You will work as part of a friendly team under a Customer Service Manager
**Responsibilities;**
- This is a diverse Customer Service role where you will be liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensuring that the customer is kept up to date with progress until the ticket has been resolved
- Ensuring that all queries are dealt with to business targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Any complex queries are discussed and are either resolved or escalated to Supervisor, Manager, and relevant teams
- Working closely with internal and external teams, to provide excellent customer service and ensure any improvements to processes are implemented
- Uploading products to the system

- You are a confident user of MS office
