An exciting opportunity has arisen for a sales-driven Service Advisor looking for an office based role, dealing with customers over the telephone looking to have repairs carried out on their vehicle.

**About the Role**

We are excited to announce a permanent Sales Executive role at our lively and modern head office in Staines Upon-Thames, Surrey. As a member of the front-line team in a busy office you will be:

- **Customer Enquiries**:Handle incoming calls and online web enquiries, guiding them through our services available (no cold calling).
- **Advising on all Makes & Models of Vehicles**:Gearbox issues, servicing, diagnostics and warranties.
- **Customer Updates**:Consistently keeping your customers informed during the repair process, building and maintaining trust and ensuring customer satisfaction
- **Arranging Recoveries**: With our network of partnered garages and recovery drivers to schedule and manage the pickup and delivery of customers' vehicles.

*This role does not involve any cold calling*.

- Competitive basic salary (dependent on experience) with uncapped commission and a very achievable OTE of £45K and above.

**About You**:
Ideally with experience working in the motor industry and/or a passion for cars.
- **Driven Go-Getter**:A proactive individual who is hungry for success and sees every enquiry as an opportunity to earn, capitalising on our uncapped commission structure.
- **Confident Phone Manner**:Able to establish quick rapport over the phone, understanding and addressing customer needs clearly and effectively.
- **Ability to Manage Tasks Efficiently**:Can prioritise and handle multiple tasks seamlessly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every task.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
