**Job Overview**

As a member of our front-line team in Mayfair, you will be responsible for delivering an unforgettable gourmet experience to every guest. Your role blends hospitality, storytelling, sales, and brand building.

**Your tasks will include**:

- Serving premium ice cream with precision, speed, and style
- Learning and communicating our brand story and flavor profiles (we’ll train you on every scoop)
- Engaging with customers to answer questions, offer tastings, and recommend flavors/pairings
- Operating the POS system for fast and secure payments
- Upselling effectively (e.g. 3rd scoop, champagne combo) and tracking sales
- Encouraging customers to share on social and managing our visual merchandising
- Maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the booth to UK food safety standards
- Creating a warm, welcoming vibe that reflects our playful, elevated universe

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of basic maths for transactions
- Experience in the kitchen or restaurant industry is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to assist customers effectively
- Understanding of food safety and food preparation practices
- Familiarity with culinary terms and techniques
- Proficiency in upselling techniques

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 2 weeks

Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
