Ruby Violet creates fantastic bespoke ice creams, sorbets and frozen delights using fresh ingredients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced shop supervisor to join our friendly team, starting towards the end of November. We are interested in people of all ages with retail experience, it is an advantage if you have worked with ice cream before, but full training will be given.

Your place of work will be Granary Square in King's Cross, London.

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Carrying out all aspects of the day-to-day running of the store ensuring the highest standards of customer service and cleanliness are maintained.
- Providing support to the Store Manager where required.
- Ensuring appropriate stock management procedures are followed including stock take, deliveries, waste prevention etc.
- Provide support for staff and act as a link between them, HR and management so that any concerns they have can be voiced, listened to and actioned.
- Be lively and enthusiastic about food, especially ice cream, with staff and customers and establish a positive and productive relationship with them as well as with the wider community.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications &** **Personal Specification-**
- Experience of working in hospitality as a supervisor or team leader.
- Proven ability to set and achieve consistently high standards for yourself and your team.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Highly organised, self-disciplined and with excellent attention to detail.
- Intermediate level IT skills - ability to use Office apps and understand phone/tablet user interface
