Sales Representative

We are looking to recruit an additional Internal Sales team member, to support the company's rapid growth. The constant aim is to generate sales from current customers and generate leads.
As a Junior Sales Representative at Shell-Clad, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a passion for design and a strong aptitude for sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our Shell-Clad products.
- Collaborate with marketing and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals with new and current clients and identifying new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, sales pipeline, and client interactions.
- Full product training for the role will be provided.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Have good written skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using GSuite.
**Desirable**:
- Work or experience in a sales position.
- Experience in using CRM software and other sales tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
