The Marketing Executive will report to the Global Marketing Manager, (based in Germany) and partly assist the Managing and Sales Directors for the UK head office.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for stock and reordering of brochures, giveaways and stationary
- Taking care of Social Media activities in accordance to Management
- Updating text/pictures on the company’s website (Wordpress knowledge beneficial)
- Assisting with exhibition organisation, including once or twice a year travelling to help onsite
- Preparing presentations and marketing material
- Conducting customer surveys in accordance with Sales representatives
- Assisting Sales representatives on marketing activities
- Analysing and summarising data
- Updating price lists
- Contact person for press and ad sellers
- Minor design works, e.x. change text/pictures in a graphic file

Experience & Qualifications:

- Degree and/or certificates in Marketing preferable
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communication, at least 2 of them in a technical B2B industry
- Experience in working / negotiating with 3rd party suppliers
- Knowledge how to write briefings and working with design / art agencies
- Good knowledge of Word, Power Point and Excel
- At least one additional good language skill: French, Spanish and/or German
- Beneficial: experience in writing press/ad text(in English)
- Beneficial: knowledge of Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator
- Beneficial: knowledge of SharePoint

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (preferred)
