We are looking for Male support workers to support our Male client with his every day needs: Male client aged 27, Diagnosed with Autism, Learning disabilities, and also has OCD. Lives at home with parents and sibling. This young man requires support withall different aspects of his everyday life; Prompting with personal care, and preparing and cooking of meals, and promoting his independence, this young man has no sense of danger, but enjoys interacting with staff and peers, although he does not have a lotof verbal speech, he will listen to what people say and takes in lots of information. The client requires support with activities in the community, he enjoys swimming, Brush craft activities, woodwork, gardening and small animal care. He will become fixatedon finishing a task and does this at his own pace and does not like to be rushed. Therefore, support workers will be patient and understanding of the client’s needs and abilities.

**Pay Rates: £10.65-£14.55 (Inclusive of holiday pay)**

If you are over 25 with a full driver’s licence, Experience with supporting someone with Autism and enjoy the outdoors:
As a Healthcare worker at Advantage Healthcare you will have paid experience as a support worker or HCA in the community, or residential, hospital setting.
- Be committed to provide the highest standard of compassionate care
- A current Enhanced Adult/child DBS on the update service. (preferred but not essential)
- sound knowledge of person centred care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
