Whilst it would be great if you already hold sector-basedexperience, it is not essential as we do provide a full training and induction programme, so if you are looking to start a new career in care, we are here to support you.
In 1995 we opened our first location for people with complex needs. Over 25 years later and we’ve grown to become the UK’s largest supported living specialist, and are proud to help almost 5,000 people to live more fulfilling, independent lives.
Our Support Worker role is an integral part of team, ensuring the people we support can live as independently as possible within their own home and the wider community. The type of care you provide will be tailored to the needs of the individual. It is anincredibly varied and rewarding role as you will be helping vulnerable people to improve their quality of life, achieve their goals and make a very real and positive difference to their lives.
This role will see you provide support with:
- Meal preparation and planning
- Domestic duties
- Mental Wellbeing
- Personal care
- Hobbies, activities and events
- And much more
