Our workshops and groups provide an opportunity for service users to create community around their interests and passions. As a volunteer you will be Facilitating workshops for residents of Southwark to improve their wellbeing. By Leading these social spaces and utilising your pre-existed creative and wellbeing skillsets, you can make a real difference to those in need.

**Who are we looking for?**

For this role you need access to the internet and web-conferencing.

We are unable to provide equipment to access the internet or reimburse costs incurred from personal internet use.

**Key Tasks**:

- Working alongside the Wellbeing Workshop Coordinator to ensure our Wellbeing Workshops and groups remain safe spaces, free from discrimination
- Leading a space and running a safe group workshop
- Utilising your pre-existing skill sets in mental wellbeing or creativity to improve the lives of Southwark Residents
- Work closely with the workshop chair to monitor attendance.

**Key skills**:

- Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills: empathy, kindness and patience
- Confidence speaking to a group and creating rapport
- Ability to problem-solve, be proactive, and take a strength focused approach
- Awareness of the importance of maintaining punctuality, boundaries and confidentiality

**Job Types**: Part-time, Volunteer
Part-time hours: 3-5 per week
