Here at GXO Logistics, we’re recruiting for an Assistant Finance Manager on a full-time, permanent basis to join our M&S site in Bradford.

You’ll support our Finance Manager with the management accounts and all financial work streams across our site.Not only that we want you to build long-lasting relationshis with our operational teams.Ideally, you’ll be part-qualified, and your studieswill be under way We offer funding and support to help your studies and help you qualify

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of upto £36,000 per annum depending on experience. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Produce management accounts including profit and loss, balance sheets and KPI reporting
- Prepare and present data to the business and customer as required, focusing on the needs of the customer whilst building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Reconciliation of accounts to SAP on a weekly / monthly basis, including preparation of accruals / prepayments, raising requests for invoicing & the reporting of other KPI / statistical data.
- Balance sheet reconciliation and analysis of variances
- Support the production of both financial and operational management reporting as required for the site, business and customer

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Part qualified CIMA/ ACCA accountant
- as above
- we'll provide study support to help you progress
- Previous experience in an operational warehousing/ logistics finance role is desirable
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to challenge stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent IT skills including advanced Excel and SAP
