**Agreements Coordinator**

**Abbot House, Westgate St, BSE, IP33 1QT**

**Role Purpose**:
To co-ordinate, produce and complete all agreement documentation including the communication of all tenanted leased and franchise pub changes across the Greene King group. To support administrational aspects of Greene King's operation of the Pubs Code.
**Key Accountabilities**:

- To undertake all administrational activities associated with the production of agreement documentation including the co-ordination, production and completion of tenancy, lease and franchise agreements and associated documentation using Word templates, internalsystems and tracking records
- To ensure pub changes are communicated and completed in accordance with Pub Partners ways of working
- To liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate requirements are collated in the preparation of all agreement documentation
- To develop a sound understanding of the UK Pubs Code Regulations
- To process and administrate Pubs Code related matters and maintain procedural records
- To manage the Agreements and Pubs Code mailboxes
- To support other business functions with agreements and Pubs Code compliance queries
- To support the development of internal systems to ensure effective production of agreements and compliance
- To support the production of regular Agreements & Compliance reporting and assist in internal auditing

**About you**:

- High level of accuracy with attention to detail
- High level administration skills, including letter writing skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Able to plan own workload and balance conflicting priorities
- High level of IT literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
