**Employment Retention Worker**

**Salary**: £13,593.00 + 3% pension
- **Hours**: 18.5 hours per week**Location**:Flexible across the Borough with a central Bromley office base
- Bromley Well is commissioned by the London Borough of Bromley and South East London Integrated Care Systems (ICS) to deliver services for local people to help them maintain both their physical and mental health, their independence and also provide training and employment opportunities. The service will provide support to enabled disabled people to sustain their jobs and volunteering opportunities.**About the role**:
You will provide a flexible support service to Bromley Well clients and their employers which will help retain their jobs. You will also provide disability awareness training to businesses and increase awareness of the advantages of employing disabled people**Requirements**:
Reporting to the Education & Employment Services Manager here are some of the skills that will make you stand out:
- Experience of working with disabled people, preferably in employment settings
- Knowledge of relevant disability and employment legislation
- Experience in giving presentations, including work preparation sessions, to prospective clients
- Ability to work flexibly
- Ability to travel independently throughout the borough, preferably by car.
