**The Role**

Working together with the Quality Assurance (QA) team, county managers and supply chain partners to validate and provide accurate Incident Report Forms for reactive response workstreams in line with OFWAT Regulations.

Working in line with Contract KPI and ODI measures for Reactive Sewerage Services whilst achieving contractual daily SLAs.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage County daily WIP (Work in Progress) orders against SLAs and compliance regulations.
- Review Daily Reactive Response SLA Failures for Mitigations to support operations.
- Resolve Weekly Order Rejections from Severn Trent
- Attend Adhoc Reactive Response Sites with County to support Crews on site for Feedback.
- Build relationships with Supply chain partners to source outstanding Feedback.
- Weekly Review of Escalation Incidents to ensure accurate ODI reporting

**Experience Required**
- Experience with SAP desired but not essential.
- Microsoft Applications including Excel and word.
- Strong Attention to Detail required to manage quality control.
- Previous Administrative experience required.
- Operative knowledge desired but not essential.
- Processes & System Training would be provided.

**Requirements/Behaviours**:

- Driving Licence not required however role would require attendance to monthly meetings at Stafford premises.
- May be required to attend Job Sites with Operations to provide Feedback Quality support and training to supply chain partners.
- Will be responsible for the Quality Management of County Incident.
- Overtime may be required during high volume weather events/holiday period.
