Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful are an independent charity dedicated to creating a cleaner, greener and more sustainable Northern Ireland by delivering on improving environmental education in every school in Northern Ireland, increasing public engagement for communities in need and raising environmental standards for the places where people spend time: where they live, work and relax.

The Local Environmental Quality Coordinator will play a key role within the organisation, supporting the Local Environmental Quality team throughout all of its internal and external activities.

***Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful's current trialing of a four day working week.**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing direct project management of activities
- Preparing and managing budget accordingly
- Developing surveys to monitor campaigns
- Supervision of officers, placement students and volunteers
- Range of various administrative duties**Requirements**:

- Educated to Degree level or 3 years relevant experience
- Experience of 2 years project management experience
- Relevant experience of staff supervision
- Developed ICT skills, including the Microsoft office suite
- Ideally experience of working in the voluntary sector and/or with local government
- Knowledge of environmental matters, preferably in relation to waste and pollution issues relevant to Northern Ireland
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team**The Package**:

- Basic salary: Up to £26,000 per annum
