Our established client of over twenty years is looking to recruit an experience Project Manager within its Cardiff HQ. The company are a global organisation and offer excellent prospects to the successful applicant. You will be working as part of a globalIT team reporting to the Head of Delivery EMEA.
The Role
*Client facing role responsible for managing and delivering projects
*Point of contact for customers
*Timely response to customer requests and queries
*Project Management
*Report on project milestones and provide status reports to customers
*Work with customers to ensure scope and time frames are met
*Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented
*Attend project meetings both internal and external.
*Quality control of projects before delivering data to the customer
*Provide process improvement recommendations
Experience/Skills
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Delivery of customer facing IT / financial projects
*Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects
*Excellent people skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management as well vendors and customers
*Ability to work in a team as well as an individual with little or no supervision
*Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
*High attention to detail
*Project management for corporate clients
