**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity has come up to work for our client who is a leading Technology company. This role will report to the Head of Department and will coordinate and complete projects on time within budget and scope. Oversee all aspects of projects, setdeadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarise project progression.
**Role Responsibilities Include**:
- To manage and deliver specific projects as directed by the Executive Leadership Team.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop and update detailed project plans to track progress and to meet the changing needs and requirements of the business.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).
- Ensure overall resource availability and allocation to ensure delivery of the project.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility of the project.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
- Submit project status reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the smooth execution of projects.
- Establish and maintain the relationship with internal resources, third parties and all relevant stakeholders.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
- Report and escalate project issues to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- **Key to this role is the ability to communicate with people at all levels, manage a team, plan, design, and deliver.**
