**The Role**:

- Interpreting, explaining and driving performance within the business using business KPI’s.
- Providing ad hoc analysis and insight on specific issues.
- Excellent communicator and highly organised.
- Liaise and work with new acquisitions to obtain MI from their current systems for monthly reporting, to verify accuracy of newly integrated month end numbers.
- Monthly reporting pack, Budgeting & Forecasting.
- Engage in project work as required.
- Go to person for the business leader.
- Business support.
- Tracking revenue & initiatives.
- Supporting adhoc MI request.
- Attending business meetings to gain commercial insight.
- Go to Finance person.
- Weekly/monthly/annual forecasts & budgets.
- Work closely with MI team to report and data errors.
- Support the Senior Finance BP.
- Previous BP experience
- Insurance Industry knowledge
- Advanced Excel and the ability to understand data using IT tools to Finance and non-finance people
- Highly organised and excellent communication skills
- Industry experience along with a commercial awareness
- Positive, focussed and dedicated
- Ideally studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA/Part qualified or similar
