**About the Position**
Shearer Associates Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Finance Business Partner to join an established engineering business with a turnover of £18 million growing. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making across the organisation. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including senior management, to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Your responsibilities will include analysing financial data, developing financial models, and providing strategic recommendations based on your findings. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring budgets. You will support internal and external audit including implementation of controls for SOX, UK GAAP and Tax compliance.
The successful Finance Business Partner will be fully qualified have some business partnering experience and excellent communication skills.
**Salary**: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
