**Responsibilities**:
RI Documentation and Record Keeping:

- Maintain and update reinsurance contracts, policies, and related documentation.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of reinsurance files and records.

RI Data Analysis:

- Collaborate with reinsurance manager to confirm accuracy of financial transactions.
- Assist in the analysis of data related to reinsurance policies and claims.
- Generate reports and summaries to support decision-making processes.

RI Communication:

- Collaborate with reinsurance manager to communicate between internal teams and external reinsurers.
- Respond to inquiries from reinsurers, underwriters, and other stakeholders.

RI Policy Administration:

- Collaborate with reinsurance manager to support endorsement of reinsurance policies.
- Monitor policy expiration dates and assist in the renewal process.

RI Claims Processing:

- Collaborate with the reinsurance manager to ensure timely and accurate processing of reinsurance claims.
- Verify claim documentation and assist in claims resolution.

RI Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to the reinsurance team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling routine correspondence.

RI system maintenance:

- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of reinsurance systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Insurance or reinsurance Experience
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical and IT skills
- Both Mandarin and English skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
