**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with Reinsurance settlements; input policy information into GIS, liaise with our Finance team and with clients, assist with SOAs and follow up on issues, and update the new Reinsurance accounting monitor.
- Main contact for all reinsurance payments, respond to queries from accounting and all other departments and with reinsurance brokers.
- Assist to check reinsurance placements to determine the policy in terms and conditions are correct.
- Coordinate, input and settle with reinsurers all FAC/ Fronting / Inward accounts and act as liaison between the underwriting and reinsurance functions.
- Complete and send Loss Notifications to all reinsurers.
- Draft Reinsurance procedures / manuals for all various tasks of the Reinsurance function.
- Operating in accordance with, assist with monitoring and reviewing the FAC procedure and Reinsurers Approval Procedure and Reinsurance Policy.
- Assist with SOLO inputting annually.
- Processing monthly, quarterly and half yearly Statement of Accounts.
- Assist with treaty renewal.
- Assist with yearly internal audit queries and material submission.
- Assist with any IT / project testing involving the Reinsurance Function.
- Consolidate premium & claims monthly / quarterly with relevant departments.
- Assist to prepare reinsurance statistics when needed including the yearly Treaty pack.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the reinsurance manager or CUO.

**Requirements**:

- Strong numerical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills. Additional language skills in Chinese are an advantage.
- Self-motivated and ability to multi-task while managing priorities.
- Strong attention to details.
- Strong competency in MS Office.
- Graduates are welcome to apply.
