**Self Employed Mortgage Adviser**

Location: Hammersmith, London

We also have extensive options available in specialist lending, Commercial Lending, International Lendingand Private Banking. We currently have the top 2 advisers in Openwork as well as several othersin the top 20.

Requirements for Capricorn Financial
- Mortgage Advisers can join Capricorn once you hold a basic mortgage qualification (CeMAP Module 1 OR RO1). However, it would be beneficial to hold the full CeMAP qualification or RO6 also, therefore we would be encouraged you to obtain before or duringthe role.
- You need to be comfortable starting a self-employed role and building your own business, on the Capricorn platform.

Realistic OTE’s year on year are uncapped and as follows:

- Year 1 - £40,000 - £80,000
- Year 2 - £80,000 - £120,000
- Year 3 - £150,000+
- Year 4 - £200,000++
- Our top performers make £500k+ per annum
