Banham are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to Board of Directors. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As the Personal Assistant you will provide vital administrative support to executive directors within the organisation, assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure efficient operations and seamless communication.

This position offers an opportunity to work closely with the executive team and gain valuable experience in a dynamic Family Business.

**Your experience within as a Personal Assistant or working in an Office management and / or similar role will enable you to evidence**:

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

The main responsibilities will be (not limited to):
**Administrative Support**: Assist directors with various administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and organising meetings and appointments.

**Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls, responding to inquiries, and relaying messages in a professional manner.

**Document Management**: Maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and accessibility of documents and records.

**Meeting Coordination & Hospitality**: Coordinate logistics for meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up action items as needed.

**Office Management**: Managing office supplies and ensuring the office and meeting rooms are clean, organised and fully operational.

This is a role where a creative and proactive individual willing to learn and develop their skills could grow and gain invaluable experience with exposure to an Executive team.
