**About the role**:
The Curriculum Leads are a key role within the Higher Education Faculty monitoring and managing A2HE course delivery to ensure that high standards of quality assurance are maintained and improved in order to maximise learner success.

You will be required to work flexibly and meet set KPIs whilst consistently maintaining the highest level of standards we require to support our learners and help them to achieve their goals. You will work as part of a team of Curriculum Leads and alongside the Head of Faculty.

**Person Specification**:
**Essential**:

- A minimum of three years’ successful teaching experience in either Further or Higher Education.
- A proven track record of raising the standards of delivery of qualifications through quality assurance processes and procedures, including carrying out Internal Moderation and verification.
- Experience of consistently meeting KPIs and agreed targets and deadlines.
- Must hold a nationally approved teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent).
- Must hold GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent.
- Evidence of CPD, including Safeguarding and Prevent.
