We are now these talented individuals to join their team as Process Operatives on a permanent basis.

**Full Training will be provided, and no experience is necessary.**

**The role**:

- Collect and unload samples and prepare them for drying, grinding, and analysing
- Sort, barcode, and record sample data.
- Ensure the Standard Operating Procedures provided are followed.
- Work as a team and maintaining morale and actively offer help and assistance
- wherever possible.

**The Person**:

- Enthusiasm, energy, and ability to handle high levels of workload which includes repetitive work but interesting work
- Must be able to work effectively and collaborate within own team and other sections.
- Strong communication skills
- Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
- Highly organised and excellent time management skills.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work alone.
- Comfortable with a physical role

**Working Hours**

Ability to work on **either** of the following shifts:
**7am - 15.00pm**

**8am - 16.00pm**

Experience of working in a fast paced, busy environment and working between department is desirable but full ongoing training and development opportunities will be given to all.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £20,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Swaffham, PE37 7QE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
