**Who are we looking for to join us?**

To take responsibility in supporting the day-to-day Production leadership of our in-house production operation. You will schedule, mentor and lead the small Production team, help in managing the day-to-day smooth running of the Production department, Dispatch and Warehousing, with the responsibility to maximize efficiency, maintaining an enhanced regime of effective Company workflow, guidelines and policies whilst ensuring that we continue to delight our customers daily.

**What will you be doing day to day?**
- Planning, scheduling and prioritizing production and allocating jobs.
- Aid and assist in the smooth functioning and running of the production facility.
- To ensure all production equipment is kept in good working order and that defects are rectified without delay, advising the Operations Manager/Director where maintenance support is required.
- To ensure the production area is kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
- Carry out regular discussions with production manager to discuss strategy, improvements, and performance.
- Oversee jobs to ensure consistently good quality finished products are delivered to customers.
- Purchasing of production department consumables.
- Ordering of replenishment product stock as required.
- Managing of company stock.
- Liaising with external couriers when required.
- Booking of daily order dispatch through DHL.
- Liaising with the sales team to accommodate urgent express production requests wherever possible.

**Salary: £9.00 - £11 per hour.**

**Start Date: TBC**

**Hours: 9am - 5pm. Weekdays. Overtime available during busy periods.**

**Location: 57 Turbine Way, Swaffham, Norfolk, PE37 7XD.**

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.00 per hour
