**JOB TITLE**: Office Manager/PA
**JOB TYPE**: Permanent
**SALARY**: £30,000-35,000
**COMPANY TYPE**: Health and Beauty company
**LOCATION**: North London
**REPORTS TO**: The Director

**Duties**:
- Support with work related travel arrangements
- Complete expenses claims and submit to finance & follow up for expected payment date
- Arranging transport / accommodation
- Print legal documents for Directors to sign as and when required
- Internal & external gatekeeper
- Manage Directors property portfolio
- Provide support to Finance Director as and when required
- Work closely with the HR Manager to make the office a collaborative & inclusive environment
- Ad hoc errands for Directors & all staff members
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Support in sending out communications to the business
- Organise Shout outs and new starter communication to the office
- Support with office-based events as and when required_:_
- Managing incoming and outgoing Post/Delivery to departments
- Air con, Waste Management, lighting checks and confidential waste (Shred It)
- Ensure all office facilities meet environmental, health & security standards & comply with regulations
- Ensure first aiders & fire wardens are appointed & trained
- reviewed annually.
- Building Risk Assessments and organising PAT Testing
- Coordinating departments to maintain a safe, clean, tidy and presentable office
- Managing projects and liaising with contractors
- Managing the purchasing of office supplies, including stationary for both Head office and
- Order all equipment for new starters and manage the IT set up
- Be the first point of contact with our IT providers to resolve any IT issues for staff
- Organisation of company wellness
- Order weekly food shop
- Birthday calendar management
- Arrange cleaner for office and Directors apartment
- Support in the organisation & set up of all company events
- Support aspects of internal & external event planning
- External partner support for Brand Events
- Arranging catering for Brand Events
**About you**
- Previous experience in an Office Management and PA role
- Confident with carrying out your task independently whilst reporting back directly to the MD
- Ability to be clear and concise with communication (oral and written)
- Driven & self-motivated, a strong planner and highly organised
- Ability to multitask, and work at fast pace
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
- Able to work both independently and within a busy team
