We are recruiting for a key member of our Integrated Mental Health Team covering the Cannock and Rugeley area (based in Cannock). The role will provide business support for the clinical teams, proactively monitoring and validating patients on a clinical pathway, ensuring that the Trust’s objectives and targets are met.
The post holder will be required to extract and analyse complex information from various electronic information systems, providing regular reports to Managers. They will be responsible for the management of performance across the Team, highlighting any areas of non-compliance, working closely with clinical colleagues and managers.
