We help our customers drive better outcomes with easy-to-use, AI-driven maintenance software, an open ecosystem, pre-built integrations and the industry expertise they need for maintenance success. Rockwell Automation acquired Fiix in December 2020. This acquisition allows Fiix to offer our employees the best of both worlds. As an Implementation Consultant you will help our clients implement and adopt the Fiix CMMS throughout their organisation through onsite and remote consultation sessions. You will train clients' employees on product functionality, communicate information about the implementation process, and guide and support our clients through each project milestone until successful launch of their new software is achieved. No matter where you're working, we're committed to ensuring that the Fiixer experience is the best You will report to the Manager located in Canada. **Your Responsibilities**: - Be a sole or primary contact for clients during the implementation phase of their journey - Help clients to take full advantage of our industry-leading technology and deploy solutions in a manner that encourages end-user adoption, minimizes "time to value", and supports expansion over time - Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements, identify implementation success factors, develop best-fit solution designs, and configure the CMMS to meet their specific needs - Manage client expectations; identify implementation risks, capture and disseminate key project decisions and insights, and control project scope, quality, & timeline - Develop and deliver client training programmes, including the creation of client training material (e.g. documents and videos) - Assist clients with the collection, loading, and configuration of data - Develop client reports and dashboard KPIs & widgets - Support system integrations between Fiix & ERP systems - Record project progress and store all project artefacts in a central repository - Collaborate with teammates to identify CMMS & implementation best practices - Help train new Implementation Consultants - Travel up to 40% of the time - _Measure of Success: customer feedback, use %, contribution to team projects _ **The Essentials - You Will Have**: - Bachelor's Degree required **The Preferred - You Might Also Have**: - 1+ years experience in a software implementation role; SaaS and CMMS software experience - Prior experience in the Maintenance and Reliability industry considered an asset - Prior experience translating customer requirements into workable software solutions - Prior experience in Project Management leading small and medium software implementations; including experience developing work-breakdown structures and managing project plans - Valid driver's licence and Passport - Proficiency in German and Englisg language **What We Offer**: Our benefits package includes - Comprehensive mindfulness programs with a premium membership to Calm - Volunteer Paid Time off available after 6 months of employment for eligible employees - Company volunteer and donation matching programs - Your volunteer hours or personal cash donations to an eligible charity can be matched with a charitable donation. - Employee Assistance Program - Personalised wellbeing programs through our OnTrack program - On-demand digital course library for professional development ... and other local benefits LI-AW2 **#LI- Hybrid** Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, T
