**Corporate Title **Assistant Vice President
The United Kingdom & Ireland (UKI) Regional Talent Sourcing Team makes up part of the wider Global Talent Sourcing team. You will partner with the UKI Professional Recruitment Lead, based in London, to ensure the full operational delivery of end-to-end recruitment, including Contingent Workers and Onboarding.
You will assist in delivering regional and global Talent Sourcing (TS) initiatives as required. You will work with the wider TS team to ensure risk and governance documents and requirements are up to date and work with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) teams to ensure alliance to contractual SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and service delivery.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Work with the UKI Professional Recruitment Lead to execute the full operational delivery for contingent hiring across UKI region
- Attendance and participation in monthly governance meetings and Quarterly business review meetings
- Provide guidance to MSP team on Deutsche Bank process and Policies and ensure MSP team is compliant
- Review and carry out regular process audits
- Partner with MSP Client Service Managers and Account Director to ensure progress and identification of continuous improvement opportunities
**Your skills and experience**
- Preferably experience of managing a contingent worker programme within an inhouse Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment function or as part of a Managed Service Provider (MSP), or preference for inhouse recruitment experience, either directly in a Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment function or as part of a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
- Good understanding of Recruitment Governance
- Experience of managing risks and controls within a professional working environment
- An understanding of managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and SLAs
