As the Regional Head of Talent Sourcing (TS) you will work in partnership with the Global Head of Talent Sourcing and the Talent Sourcing Management Team, you will be responsible for setting the strategy and direction of the recruitment function to ensure that Deutsche Bank attracts and hires the best diverse talent across all divisions of the bank.

The role sits on both the Global TS and Regional HR leadership teams and manages all HR Talent Sourcing functions in the region including Professional recruiting, Contingent Workforce program, Onboarding/Screening, Internal Mobility, and delivery of RPO/MSP and other vendor services supporting TS. Key roles and responsibilities include designing and implementing solutions to continually respond to the fast, rapidly changing hiring environment, and identifying ways to proposition DB as an employer of choice.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Manage and be accountable for recruitment strategy and needs of the UKI region, driving efficiency, effectiveness, inclusion and business engagement through the whole recruitment cycle
- Manage team across Birmingham and London providing guidance, development, support and creating a collaborative environment to maximise creativity and productivity
- Implement and continuously evolve the regional diversity and inclusion agenda through hiring including engaging with recruiters and senior business leaders
- Provide operational vendor management oversight across all vendors providing services to TS, driving the strategy for vendor usage including creating business cases and key driver of RFI/RFPs
- Continually review recruiting function delivery identifying and implementing initiatives which increase efficiencies, reduce cost and improve quality of service delivery

**Your skills and experience**
- Experience of people management with large teams and functions
- Extensive experience working in recruiting and HR functions
- Vendor management experience with RPOs/MSP and other HR services preferable
- A collaborative team orientated mindset with experience working across matrix organisations
- Extensive business stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
