**Client Services Advisor - About the role**:
Are you a Client Services Advisor / Customer Liaison Officer preferably, with a background working around Managed Services, Infrastructure, Networking, IT Solutions projects, Cloud Technology, thinking of looking for a new challenge? The Client Services Advisor will work closely with customers to ensure they receive their contracted service levels, process reviews and following up on service improvement plans. In addition, you will liaise with internal teams and 3rd party suppliers to ensure procedures are up to date, and any changes are implemented quickly and efficiently.

The role will provide accurate views of Client Service Issues and be an escalation for aligned accounts.

This is a home-based based role but may require numerous interactions with a variety of PM’s, Consulting Managers and others.

**Client Service Advisor - Key Duties**:

- Ensuring customers always receive their contracted service levels
- Monitor and track network availability, incidents and Planned Works - ensuring SLAs are satisfied
- Process review with follow up service improvement plans
- Daily management of direct delivery and 3rd party suppliers / partners handling incidents, ensuring SLAs are met
- Supporting account managers and sales with contract renewal propositions to aid customer retention
- Delivery of customer focused services, identifying cross sale opportunities and passing leads to relevant personnel
- Ensure all customer and internally generated queries are resolved in a timely fashion
- First point of contact for customers, for all contract types, day-to-day queries, right through to escalations
- Liaise with internal teams and 3rd party suppliers

**Client Service Advisor - Skills required for the role**:

- Preference for a background working for an IT Service Provider or MSP, Consultancy ( will consider other sectors)
- Good understanding of customer service ethos
- Preference for experience of customer relationship management
- Well organised and able to manage conflicting priorities
- Exceptional telephone skills and able to communicate well verbally and written
- Self-motivated and able to adapt to a fast paced, changing environment
- Proven track record in making sure that an efficient service delivered matches customer expectations
- Ability to analyse data, interpret data and construct reports

**Client Service Advisor - Benefits**

The role offers a basic salary up to £24k
