Based just outside of Leeds centre (LS4) which has free parking available and is situated in a great office space.

We are looking for someone who is able to support a team of Senior Recruitment Consultants but also wants to make a name for themselves within the Logistics industry

**Responsibilities**:

- Full 360 Recruitment Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into the Road Haulage and Distribution markets
- Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs
- Account management
- Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
- Arranging meetings with new and existing clients
- Matching workers to vacancies
- Rotating on call duties required

**Technical Knowledge / Qualifications**:

- Account management skills
- Target driven
- Excellent level of customer service
- Good Administration skills, proficient in Microsoft
- Must be articulate and enthusiastic
- A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career
- Minimum 12 months experience in recruitment is preferred
- Ideally, previous experience within Industrial or Driving recruitment is advantageous
- Knowledge of the Leeds area would be desirable.
- Own transport is essential for this role
