**About the role**

Morrison Water Services is recruiting for a System Support to work on our Welsh Water contract in Wales.

As the System Support you will be part of our Operational Function who are responsible for all operation activities on Repair & Maintenance, Metering & New Connections
- As the System Support your responsibilities will include:

**Device & App Management**:

- Manage the lifecycle of all company-issued devices (e.g., iPads, tablets) including procurement, provisioning, and decommissioning.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to device and app functionality and user experience.

**Onboarding & Offboarding**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding and offboarding procedures for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with Welsh Water policies and procedures during all stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate device and app provisioning for new hires and ensure timely return of equipment upon employee departure.

**Training & Support**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant data quality and accuracy standards.

**IT Log & Data Management**:

- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all company-issued devices.
- Reconcile device inventory with Welsh Water records.
- Track and report on device damage and associated costs.
- Share relevant data and insights with operational leads to inform decision-making

**Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Regularly review and update security protocols and best practices.

**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mobile device operating systems (iOS, Android).
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
- Clean driving licence

**Additional Information**

If you have experience of working in the water industry, that would be preferable but not essential.
- Experience with field service management software.
- Knowledge of Welsh Water policies and procedures.
- Experience working in a regulated industry.
