Carriera is working with a family-owned real estate, development and management contractor based in Liverpool who are recruiting for an IT Project Coordinator to join their team from the head office. This is a newly created role within the business which will primarily focus on overseeing their Fieldview software (this is a project management tool which provides the user with real-time information and helps to track the project progress and where improvements can be made).
This is an exciting time to join the business which is going through an impressive period of growth, they have ambitious plans for the future. The have successfully completed over £2bn of developments and have a further £1bn in the pipeline.
The ideal applicant will have administrative experience in the building industry. Working closely with site teams, senior managers, and overseeing various projects.
**Duties**
- Manage the set-up of the cloud-based construction software, support internal and external users, provide system training as required and deal effectively with user queries and issues.
- Managing and maintaining the company procedures associated with Fieldview on site and based in the head office.
- Working in conjunction with the document control systems to obtain drawings for calibration.
- Providing weekly and monthly reports on quality outputs, KPIs and company procedures to present to senior management and the construction delivery teams.
- Gathering and analysing data to improve contractors' performance during the build process and handover stages of each project.
- Maintaining the platform to coordinate with the Quality Management System and ISO accreditation and archiving completed quality records.
**Field**v**iew**
- Working with document control to ensure all projects run in line with each other.
- Set up of new projects on Fieldview and provide regular onsite Fieldview training to all parties.
- Managing the starter/leaver process for Fieldview.
- Calibrate drawings and location information on Fieldview and update systems accordingly.
- Set up, report and develop processes on Fieldview including design of new reports.
- Chair frequent review meetings with sites and users.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably someone who has experience using the Fieldview platform or similar systems used in the construction or related industries.
- Previous experience of using various Microsoft tools.
- Construction knowledge would be preferable.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Most importantly you must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
