About the job:
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for various Learning Support Assistant roles in a SEN school in Bournemouth; We have full time, part time and flexible roles available. Students in this school have profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD)or severe learning difficulties (SLD). You will be supporting children from the ages of 2-18 who have challenging behaviour, autism, and/or sensory impairments. You must be able to provide personal care including, toileting and changing.
We are seeking individuals that are confident with behaviour management.
You must have a calm nature and proactive approach to support children who have SEN and be keen to gain experience in the classroom.
You must be able to commit to at least a terms work - stability and consistency are key for the students.
This is a temporary position with the potential to go permanent

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
