**- The position**

**We are looking for a Health Care Assistant to work in a rewarding role in assisting people to continue to live independently in their own home.**

**Working as a Health care assistant is an opportunity to deliver person-centred care, allowing people to live independent and fulfilling lives in their own homes.**

**You will be; committed, honest, trustworthy, reliable, respectful and sensible. In addition to these outstanding qualities, we need you to be pro-active and have a flexible approach to your work.**

**Your role as a Health Care Assistant would include**:
**- Personal Care**

**- Moving and Handling**

**- Continence Management**

**- Cooking and Housekeeping**

**Salary**: £9.00-£12.00 per hour
