**Senior Commercial Manager**
Working for a governing body in the North of England supporting DfT with the role out of the 10-year North of England programme.
**Location**: - Manchester - Home based 4 days a week, 1 day a week in the office.
**Salary**: £70,000 - £74,000 basic + Package
**Role Description**:
The Resolute Group have been retained to identify and place this key position within a governing body based in the North of England. This role is a key role in the Commercial team working closely with the DfT to ensure all work and outputs are executed tomeet the requirements of relevant business strategies. Creating a working environment where the transportation companies are motivated to deliver the required outcomes; holding them to account where this does not happen.
You will have a proven track record in leading the management of a number of programmes which contain a range of complex projects. You must also have the ability to understand and communicate the DfT's strategic objectives to the specific rail organisations.
This would be ideal for someone who has worked or supplied contracts in to: -- TfL - Transport for London
- DfT - Department for Transport
- Network Rail
- Train Operators
- Local Authorities
- NHS
**Qualifications / Experience**
- Experience in Commercial or Contractual management from the Public sector or organisation listed above.
