**Responsibilities**:

- Alarm management, including emergency call-out, for our Offices in Nailsea Tithe Barn and our community outreach office at 65 High Street, Nailsea. Because of this, the postholder must live within 15 minutes of Nailsea Tithe Barn
- Unlocking and locking for meetings and events
- Setting up tables and chairs for meeitngs and events
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the premises (to supplement the cleaning team)
- Emptying waste receptacles and disposing of waste properly
- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols
- Occasional weeding and watering
- Distributing public notices around the Council noticeboards

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to drive and have own transport
