We are looking for Proactive, reliable and enthusiastic Production Assistants to join our Production team in Croydon. The role will involve assisting the Production team on the Production Line in our factory.

**RESPONSIBILITIES will include (but not limited to)**:

- Working on a fast-paced production line.
- Following production guidelines set out in the training provided.
- Ensuring to adhere to the department expectations and keeping your area clean and sanitised.
- Handling finished products including filling, sleeving, lidding.
- Filling out batch documentations with high accuracy.
- Assisting in stock takes.
- Various administrative tasks set by your manager/supervisor when required.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work in a team and individually.
- Strong English language and communication skills.
- Impeccable time keeping and attendance.
- Great accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
- Good numeracy skills .
- The ability to reach set targets and work to strict deadlines.
- Previous experience of working within a production environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.

**ADDITIONAL**
- Full Training provided.
- We are located a short walk from both Therapia Lane, and Beddington Lane Tram stops which is connected to East Croydon and Wimbledon - both 20 minutes away. Approx. 30 - 35 minutes travel time from South / South West London.
- On-site Parking.
- Starting Salary: £10.90 per hour.
- Positions available immediately.
- Working hours: We have two shifts on offer, either Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, with alternating weekly hours of 7am - 5pm one week, and 9am - 7pm the other. Please note, the shifts will be decided based on the number of staff required in each team at the time of hire.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
