Our client is a US based organic and healthy products company intending to become one of the world’s leading social selling and distribution companies. The Company builds brands across three primary platforms including health and wellness, healthy appearance,and nutritional performance.

**They are currently looking for a Customer / Partner Support Agent who is fluent in Dutch, Hungarian or Polish to support the Regions**

A Customer Support is the primary point of contact between the business and its Brand Partners. If a Brand Partners wants to place an order, find information, get advice, return an order or product or make a complaint, they will invariably turn to the customersupport for assistance.

We refer to Partner Support as opposed to Customer Support because the goal is to grow and to help others grow. The key is to bring in new Brand Partners and not customers, and to form partnerships and not seller-customer relationships.

**Customer Support Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage mainly inbound calls promptly.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Place customer orders in the system; complete transactions; forward requests.
- Follow-up on customer enquiries not immediately resolved.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Fluent in English + Dutch, Hungarian or Polish (Written & spoken)
- Strong previous Customer Service Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great attention to details and problem-solving mind-set
- Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is a must;
- Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines;
- **Availability to work in shifts/rota (Morning 7:45AM - 4:15PM; Afternoon:10:45AM-7:15PM);**:

- Direct Selling experience is an advantage but not essential.
