**About The Role**:
**Join Our Team as a Sales Administrator**

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting business growth? As a Sales Administrator at Intercity Technology, you’ll play a vital role in enabling our Sales and Marketing teams to operate efficiently and effectively. From managing CRM data and coordinating training sessions to supporting revenue reporting and enablement activities, you’ll be at the heart of our revenue operations, helping to drive performance and ensure smooth, consistent processes across the business.

**Key Responsibilities as a Sales Administrator**:

- **Revenue Coordination**: Collaborate with departments like marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth revenue operations.
- **CRM Administration**: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and relevant information.
- **Revenue Reporting**: Assist the Revenue Operations Executive in generating reports, tracking KPIs, and analysing revenue data.
- **Training Support**: Help organise training sessions with the Sales Effectiveness Executive, including sending invites and sharing materials.
- **Revenue Enablement**: Support internal and external stakeholders with enablement activities and maintain documentation.
- **Process Management**: Assist in creating and maintaining process documents to ensure clarity and consistency across revenue-related functions.

Due to changing customer demands, duties and responsibilities are likely to vary from time to time, and Intercity therefore reserves the right to amend job descriptions to reflect changing requirements.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above

**Experience and Knowledge**:

- Proven ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in handling escalations and taking ownership of issues
- Clear and effective communicator with colleagues and customers
- Strong planning, organisational, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
