**Contract type**: Full time, Fixed Term contract until 1st October 2025

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a Recruiter or Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Aberdeen until 1st October 2025.

**How you will make an impact**

Recruitment
- Sending CVs to relevant manager for review / approval.
- Ensuring all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Attending weekly and monthly resourcing and client calls/meetings.

General
- Make sure the certification and other planners and trackers are up to date.
- Upkeep of current and new personal records.

**What you will bring**
- Recruitment experience preferred - ideally in an offshore environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrable ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work at pace and manage changing priorities
- Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing channels.
