This is a very exciting time to join our client's business and be a part of them dedicated team to drive the business on further forward.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Operations & Sales
Administrator to join our client's valued Operations team at their facilities based in Ellesmere Port.
Established over 20 years ago on the Wirral, our client is a market leader in the manufacture and supply of specific agricultural machinery.
**Your Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Process incoming Machine orders and placing them into the Build Schedule, whilst liaising with the Operations Manager and with guidance From the Sales Manager.
- Assist the Operations Manager in updating the Build Schedule on the completion of finished machines.
- Providing information from our pricing guide to dealers.
- Process OEM and Spare Parts orders when required.
- Arrange delivery of machines that are not being delivered by our own transportation, this is done by liaising with an existing external haulage company.
- Organise for Operators Manuals and Spare Parts Booklets to go out with completed machines.
- Arrange booking requirements for any Trade Shows from time to time.
- This would involve liaising with Sales Team and MD.
- Work closely and with guidance from the Operations Manager, ensuring stock levels are updated onto the system for any scheduling requirements, this being mostly for OEM Parts.
**Your Skills and Qualifications**
- Have experience or have had some exposure in ordering parts and tracking delivery progress - Essential.
- Reporting directly and working closely with the Operations Manager.
- Required to work closely with the Assembly Team Leader to ensure completed machines are updated onto Build Schedule.
- Be an excellent team player with attention to detail, be self-motivated and the ability to work towards schedule deadlines - Essential.
- Have previous experience working within a manufacturing environment - Essential.
- Have experience in using Xero - Advantageous, but not essential.
- Have experience in stock control - Advantageous, but not essential.
- Have experience using Excel and Microsoft office - Essential.
- 5 x GCSE or equivalent.
- EDCL Qualification - Not essential.
- CIPS Qualified - Not essential.
**Your Contractual Benefits**:
- Hours of work: 37 Hours per week.
- Monday - Thursday 08.30 - 17.00.
- Includes 30-minute lunch break.
- Friday 08.30 - 13.30.
