Office Angels Edinburgh is in search of a Project Administrator/Co-ordinator to join our clients small team. Our client's South Edinburgh office requires a to provide a high level of support across several business areas through the effective coordinationof work and general administrative duties. The hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8am - 5.00pm with Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm with a salary of up to £26,000 dependant on experience.

**The role**:

- Working primarily within the team the role will also provide support to the Procurement and Health and Safety functions.
- Liaising with a wide range of internal/external stakeholders you will ensure that all project processes and functions are supported to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- This role would be ideal for someone who is professional, able to multitask, has an interest or previous experience from within the construction, property or building industry, and is very customer focussed.

**You would be Working with the team on a number of projects**:

- Management of electronic mailbox
- Responsible for the management of the Work in Progress (WIP) sheet - General administration of this live document to ensure up to date/clearing off closed or invoiced jobs once complete etc
- Opening ESTs & Live Jobs as required and creating & moving associated folders/file paths
- Issuing PO's and making online material orders as required
- Coordinating the labour sheet (weekly) to ensure that manpower allocations, holidays, training, cover etc is managed and ties in with the main Projects Labour Sheet
- Liaising with supply chain and client to book in PPM visits on site
- Management of client PPM WIP Sheet
- Obtaining and issuing quotes for subcontractor works
- Assisting the Manager in maintaining project metrics for SLA & KPI's.

**Procurement/Health & Safety**

Providing support across a range of administrative processes and procedures.

**Other Duties**

The role will also support the wider general business processes including security clearances, timesheet, and holiday systems maintenance.

**Experience Required**:

- **A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook.**:

- **Experience of administration in a busy fast paced environment with a good knowledge and understanding of business support administration duties ideally within a construction environment**:

- Strong organisational, time management and workload prioritisation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Work well within a team environment but also capable of working without supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong relationship building skills.
