**gLocalAgents **is hugely different from a typical estate agent or franchise; our partners are high-income earning independent business entrepreneurs, working purely on commission (no - NO SALARY. This opportunity is not for you if you are looking for a low, comfortably capped salary.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous real estate agent experience or high dedication to being a successful entrepreneur/self employed real estate agent is highly preferred
- A passion to build your own brand
- You will need to travel for 25% so must be comfortable with traveling.
- A passion for property is vital for this opportunity.
- Good networking and a proven background in building long-lasting customer relationships are key
- Confident communication skills both personal and professional
- Negotiation skills
- Sales skills
- Marketing skills
- Customer Service skills are highly required
- A desire to improve the estate agency industry
- The ability to work independently
- Organized with the ability to simultaneously work on multiple leads to maintain a steady pipeline of new business
- The willingness to go an extra mile

**About the Role**
- Liaising with clients to sell, let, manage and auction the properties
- Arrange and host the viewings
- Negotiation of properties when required
- Lead generation for self-business
- Managing landlord relationships throughout the process
- Be your own boss with complete freedom
