We’re delighted to be working exclusivelywith Advanced Supply Chain Group in the search for a HR Advisor

Advanced Supply Chain Group utilises a suite of in-house written software modules to provide innovative margin enhancing logistics services for customers across the international supply chain. It specialises in offering intelligent solutions for the complicatedsupply chain issues that are inherent in today’s complex world of digital and omni-channel retailing.

As HR Advisor, you will be site based and you will be working to provide everyday support across all levels of the business. Within your daily activities you’ll also be helping to support the HR Business Partner across the North, and together you will beensuring the HR function is operating efficiently. You will also receive on-going guidance and coaching from the HR Business Partner, to help upskill you. Within this role you will have a shared direct report, a North HR Assistant who will assist you and yourfellow HR Advisor in making sure all HR polices and practices are met and helping with any daily challenges that arise.

As HR Advisoryou will be welcomed into a dynamic, people focused team who have a view to empower one another and encourage our innovative solutions and problem-solving skills, whilst bringing your own ideas on board to help aid our wider People Plan. TheHR Advisor role will provide an interesting opportunity for an individual who is excited about the prospect of being able to make a difference to the business and its people. You will work on a variety of interesting projects, it will be challenging at times,but with the right approach and guidance from your team you will gain great experience. You will join us on a full-time basis and will be based atHolmfield site in Halifax.
