**Enablement Team Member**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a collaborative Enablement Team Member to join our client's inclusive and thriving team. This full-time role is based in Broughton, near Chester and offers an attractive contract hourly rate of £19.22 PAYE or £25.43Umbrella.

If you were already in this Enablement Team Member role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

- Liaising with engineering and design for solutions with respect to production enabling blockers
- Assessing continuous improvement opportunities and implementing new processes in line with lean manufacturing principles
- Supporting safety engineers with regard to compliance to health, safety and environmental issues

You will also require:

- Experience of tooling and site procedures
- The ability to investigate and introduce continuous improvement ideas
- Practical competence of current 'PC' based packages (essential) and experience in mainframe SAP (desirable)
- Knowledge of Lean systems

As a vital member of the team and in return for your expertise, inclusive approach and commitment, we will provide an attractive hourly rate of £19.22 PAYE or £25.43 Umbrella.
